Mr. Hopkins received his Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) from The Robert O. Anderson School of Management at The University of New Mexico in 1982. He worked as salesmen and then General Manager of the mining construction operations of Republic Steel Corporation in New Mexico, specializing in high explosives. He joined Tremco Incorporated in 1985 as a sales rep in the Roofing and Building Maintenance Division, where he gained experience as a Training, Area, District and Regional manager throughout the Southwestern US. He has over 25 years of broad experience in the roofing and waterproofing construction industries of the commercial, industrial and institutional sectors from Houston to San Francisco.
Mr. Hopkins is a Certified Technical Roof Consultant (CTRC) and a Certified Documents Technologiest (CDT) from the Roof Consultants Institute (RCI).
He earned his California Contractor's license in 1997 - C39 #735500
